King Replicas informs our customers that you are eligible for full refund (except delivery charges) if below mentioned conditions are met:

1. For Stitched suits, we follow non refund policy for all items.

2. For Un-Stitched suits:

(a) In case of any damaged stuff received, you need to share full picture of the item, so that it can be known if the the damaged part is actually received this way. Full refund will be eligible except for delivery charges.

(b) Eligibility of refunding (except for delivery charges) is within 14 days only.

(c) Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

(d) Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

(e) Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards, therefore there is no refund policy.

(f) if we receive the package/ parcel back after 14 days of the date when you received the order, no refund will be given in whatsoever condition.

(g) If item gets lost or not received in any circumstances after we Dispatched the parcel through courier service, we are no more responsible for the loss afterwards, you may contact courier service if they can assist you in your query.

(h) Discounted/Sale Items cannot be Returned / Refunded.

Others:

– Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.

– If, during delivery, custom duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.

– In case of refund customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

Please email pictures of the defective item(s) to support@kingreplicas.com or contact us on whatsapp within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Marialines will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

– In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

– Discounted/Sale Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

ORDER CANCELLATION

– Marialines may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.

– We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
