Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email as soon as the product is available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

Pricing Policy

Customers buying from Pakistan or outside the Pakistan will also incur carriage/shipping costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in the currency supported by our payment gateway, the final price will be calculated and charged in £(GBP) which will be subjected to the prevailing exchange rate in your local currency.

Acceptance of your order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. We will review the placed order and once we are certain we can fulfill the order we will then go ahead and confirm it for which a confirmation email will be sent out to you and only then you will be asked to make the payment for the order. This email is an acceptance of your order. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Rawalpindi, Pakistan and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the king replicas Web Store whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the marialines Web Store; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Shipping Charges

King Replicas will deliver its products almost all over the world (Please contact us for the list of countries we deliver our products to). Therefore the shipping charges will be included in the final bill as the charges will vary from country to country.

Cancellation by the user

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (after deducting the relevant charges attached to the order cancellation). The charges will be communicated to you before the cancellation of your order. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/confirmed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty four) hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns & Exchange

King Replicas informs our customers that you are eligible for full refund (except delivery charges) if below mentioned conditions are met:

1. For Stitched suits, we follow non refund policy for all items.

2. For Un-Stitched suits:

(a) In case of any damaged stuff received, you need to share full picture of the item, so that it can be known if the the damaged part is actually received this way. Full refund will be eligible except for delivery charges.

(b) Eligibility of refunding (except for delivery charges) is within 14 days only.

(d) Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

(e) Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards, therefore there is no refund policy.

(f) if we receive the package/ parcel back after 14 days of the date when you received the order, no refund will be given in whatsoever condition.

(g) If item gets lost or not received in any circumstances after we Dispatched the parcel through courier service, we are no more responsible for the loss afterwards, you may contact courier service if they can assist you in your query.

(h) Discounted/Sale Items cannot be Returned / Refunded.

Others:

– Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.

– If, during delivery, custom duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.

– In case of refund customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

Please email pictures of the defective item(s) to support@kingreplicas.com or contact us on whatsapp within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Marialines will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

– In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

– Discounted/Sale Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

– Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

Discount Coupons

In order to help you further save money we run promotional campaigns for our loyal customers whereby coupon codes are given to them once they leave review on the product(s) they purchased previously. Each coupon will have Terms and Conditions attached to them. That is, one customer can use to coupon only once per transaction. Sale items won’t be included to avail the discount. Maximum discount cap is set for each coupon during the promotional period, meaning that if coupon is supposed to give 10% discount on cart total value but maximum discount is capped at Rs.1000 then customers can avail discount upto Rs.1000 only per transaction. T&Cs are not limited to these and subject to change as per the promotional campaign being run at the time.
